The founder of the firm, Tom Tousley, has extensive experience involving immigration litigation. He worked for 9 years as an attorney at the Board of Immigration Appeals writing hundreds of decisions relating to decisions of immigration judges throughout the U.S. and as an attorney at the Office of Immigration Litigation of the Department of Justice practicing before mulitple federal courts of appeals. He has furthered his extensive immigration litigation experience since entering private practice in 2005 by representing many clients before immigration judges and federal courts throughout the United States. Mr. Tousley has also successfully assisted many clients since 2005 in obtaining lawful permanent residence or citizenship from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
